Hi Teio,

For the Quebec bid we need to provide the following:

   - *General by-laws of the organization*

Draft/Compile: Current consolidated General By-Laws (include all
amendments, with dates).
Must include: Governance structure, powers and duties, quorum/voting rules,
officer roles, signing authority, meeting procedures, board terms.

We can't locate a copy. Will you please send it to this email group? Tim
needs it asap.
