My mother has to catheterize twice a day and may need help just to hand her the equipment and make sure she is okay. She does it her self. It needs to be done around 8:00am and in the evening around 10:00pm. My questions are: Can someone come at 8:00am and 10:00pm (or do you have set hours i.e. 9:00-5:00)? Once a request for help is made how long does it take to arrange for someone to come (i.e. same day, one day or two days)? (They live in their own home in Baie d'Urfe).
