We just need you to call into Rogers and have them confirm which number they're texting for authorization of the Number Port Request. Once confirmed, please let that user for that cell phone number know that when they receive a text or call from Rogers asking to approve the port, they must. doso within 90 minutes or we will continue to get rejected.
