Upcoming expected downtime of eight hours on November 19 The WellSky Personal Care (formerly ClearCare) solution will be temporarily unavailable in Canada for an upcoming maintenance event on November 19. As part of this update, we expect a downtime of up to eight hours during non-peak hours. During this window: - Admins will not be able to access the system (app or mobile). - Caregivers will be unable to clock in or out. - Alerts and messages will not be sent or received. Safe Mode will be accessible during the downtime window.
