We have an email chain where I've already expressed urgency on the email distribution issue. It seems in the onboarding form you submitted you mentioned to add her to "all HCL communications" which sadly the helpdesk person took as "add to any email distro with the abbreviation "HCL" in it which was many. Honest mistake but it is very frustrating because we didn't know why it was happening that she was getting emails from other regions.
