Hi Andre, Dr Thomas Guy visited your dad.  1) His ankles were slightly swollen this morning, Dr. Thomas Guy just want= s us to elevate his legs when he is sitting.  2) Some of his toenails are inflamed and red, Dr Guy has prescribed hydrocor= tisone cream to be applied at night, and another cream to be applied between= his toes. The prescription has been sent to the pharmacy. 3) Regarding his cough that started yesterday evening, she would like us to a= dminister the Ventolin four times a day until the cough decreases. 4) Your dad has a left on skin rash, and Dr Thomas Guy has prescribed anothe= r cream for that rash. 5) Dr Thomas Guy told us to continue with the Zincofax for the inguinal area= . I have asked Greg to prepare a sheet with all the new creams and instruction= s when and how to use them and where to apply them. We will be also advising all the caregivers about the new orders.
