Dear Fabio,

Since we have not heard from you or Rossana and she refuses to come into
our office, our agency needs to protect itself against the non-solicitation
clause of the contract which we feel may be in breach.

We have reason to believe that Rosanna has been hired privately, as well as
through CLSC, bypassing our agreement. Rather than proceeding with
contacting CLSC for timesheet verification, pulling up GPS coordinates from
our phone application (installed on Rosanna's phone), and issuing a cease
and desist, we would like to propose a resolution.

We are willing to allow Rosanna to continue working with your family,
provided that a fee of *$5,000* is paid to formally buy out her contract
with us. This arrangement will allow her to work with you and through CLSC
without any concerns regarding contract violations. I have attached below
the non-solicitation agreement which totals *$15,000* in penalties if in
breach ($10,000 from the client and $5,000 from the caregiver).

We hope to resolve this amicably. However, if we do not hear back or if
this matter continues, we may have to consider legal action to protect our
interests.
Please let us know how you would like to proceed, and thank you for your
understanding in this matter.

Thank you,

Joey Taylor
