Hello, I am bringing the following matters to your attention: Below is a voice message from Pamela Westoby (Client: Westoby) This client has always paid invoices on time, they have a formal company in charge of paying Ms. Westoby’s accounts. Can you please confirm which invoices were not paid? I will let her know who Vincenzo is. Can contact information be provided next time or an explanation of who is sending the email if it is a new contact? I have received a few calls (Westoby included) from clients stating that they did not know who the rate increase emails were coming from and some have still not read the emails. Although they are now aware that we are “TheKey”, they do not know what PandaDoc is. Some were uncomfortable opening the email and thought we may have been hacked. For Isabel Bolivar (Client: Motillo) She called me to say she received the last email sent, the one I was copied on. Thank you Ali for taking care of it. She did try to call you back and had difficulty reaching you, was left on hold for a long period of time and said she was also hung up on when it was answered. Is there a direct office line or an extension that I am able to give clients should they need to reach you in the future? Janet Ferrier (Client: Ferrier), who is a lawyer and pays the invoices, sent an email when the rate increases were sent out, I was copied on it as well. She highlighted a section of the consent form that states clients are entitled to a three weeks notice for a rate increase. Timothy, you were copied in this email as well. My Staffing Manager Stephanie is currently adjusting the rates, so please let me know if we are able to hold of on increasing this client until April 6th, as she had mentioned in her email (to comply with 3 weeks notice as listed on contract) Thank you Dominique [image: TheKey] Dominique Jacobs *Client Care Manager/Licensed Practical Nurse* *Gestionnaire des soins/**Infirmière auxiliaire* Tel: 514.907.5065 | Fax: 514.221.4265 djacobs@TheKey.com | TheKey.ca <https://thekey.ca/> ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: <VirtualOfficeVoiceMails@8x8.com> Date: Fri, Mar 24, 2023 at 12:25 PM Subject: VM from 14167299792 [Cell Phone ON] to Ext. 1070004 on 3/24/23 12:23 PM for 74 sec To: <djacobs@homecareassistance.com> [image: 8x8 Inc.] *Hello Dominique Jacobs,* Your Virtual Office Extension 1070004 has a new voicemail. ------------------------------ New voicemail details: *Received from:* 1-416-729-9792 [image: Call This Number] Cell Phone ON *Date/Time:* Friday, March 24, 2023 12:23:28 PM *Duration:* 74 Seconds *VM Transcript:* Oh actually happening.
