Sandra to speak to Catherine Dublin about not complaining to Tamila. Maria to visit on = Monday. - Verrano: possible new starts – waiting for payment = information before starting. Maria to contact. - Dufour: Tim to follow-up with André re: issue with Suzanne = and Natacha - Lapointe: Jamela will now be taking off one day a week and = then in the Fall will be working only 4 days a week - Voulieris: We are working on removing Jelaine. (Maria/Michele/Sandra)   2) Clients ended or ending shortly: - De Jong: Care is ending this week. She is moving to Knowlton. - Dyer: One night emergency. - Juzalaitis: Still in emergency, going to palliative care - Cohen: Most likely over   3) New starts: - Rita Chretien (Adamakos)  - Werts - Ferrara (end of last week) - Tim’s friend: possibly an assessment next week   4) Sandra to add all the client birthdays to the On Call calendar. a. Puncho: March 3 b. Paquet-Groleau March 10 c. Vinet: March 10 d. Rubinyi: March 27   5) Timothy to work on the “Caregiver flyer” for Cheryl to bring = to the schools (need by March 10th for PACC)   6) Assessments: Once the assessments are entered, Michele to have = it reviewed by Maria and then Maria to pass it on to Sandra for a final = review.   7) For emergency hospital overnights, speak to the client about the fact that the caregiver will need to park in the lot.   8) Do not clock caregivers in or out from the office (unless = absolutely necessary) as we then have no proof that the caregiver was actually = present.   9) Caregiver Webinar topics (Tim to review ideas)   - Signing bonus for new caregivers. Offer a bonus per hour = worked for caregivers working for 90 days (ie. $0.10 per hour) - Also develop a compensation plan for long-term caregivers - Sandra to Sandra to speak with caregivers for “big” = issues.
