I have a caregiver who says they can't remember their password. How can I help them?

Hello! I'm Mauricio from Customer Support. That's an excellent question!

Answer:

As an administrator, you can set a new password for any caregiver via your dashboard!

Step 1:  From your dashboard, select the caregiver and expand their account details.

Step 2: Select the Options button

Step 3:  Select Change Password

Step 4: Enter the desired password on both fields

Step 5:  Select "CHANGE PASSWORD" button.

The caregiver's password is now updated. They can log in at any time using their new password.
