The payment has a note of the clients name on it along with the invoices to be paid. It is clear that your payments team does not keep track of payments and is unable to allocate payments to the proper invoices. Their inability to locate payments made raises severe questions on the legitimacy of your claimed overdue invoices. Rather than having your system send out daily emails stating overdue invoices, you should really consider better tracking of incoming transfers.
