The developer has also been working with Mtre Caron-Gratton for many years on other projects. Therefore, Mtre. Caron-Gratton and her team will communicate directly wit= h you in order to complete your file, collect your personal information, coordinate your mortgage financing, if applicable, and proceed with the closing of the deed of sale. She will also schedule an appointment with you. Some of you may have already completed the pre-delivery inspection o= f your unit or will be doing so shortly. Lago Tremblant will forward the information from the pre-delivery inspection directly to the notary who will be responsible for the closing of the deed of sale.
