I just started listening to a 12 min call picked up by a Chantel (can you confirm that's someone on Chuck's team? I'm not sure where a Canada directory is). It was someone named Karen calling from Vancouver for a mother who lives in Calgary. I also clicked on one for Vancouver and it hit their IVR and was then answered by the team (Shiela).
