Unfortunately we are not in a position to give anyone raises right now given all of the RIFs unless someone is taking and doing above and beyond what we would normally ask of someone. We can ask Steven and Dawn to evaluate her pay range to see how she sits with everyone else. I would love to bump everyone as you asked and unfortunately not right now. We need things to settle a bit.
