Comment: @Timothy Thomas​ Janice was referred to us by The Lighthouse. She is seeking services for her 87yr old husband Carl who sustained a hip FX. He also has a compressed vertebrae (L2) and uses a back brace. He has a Dr's F/U Tuesday 11/18 to see if he will need hip SX. His wife is hoping she can bring him back home to the Lakeside Hills Apts and obtain services thru us. Services needed inclue ADL hands on assistance (bathing, dressing), meal preparation and light housekeepig. We reviewed rates $37-$42, shift minimums (4) and weekly minimum hours (20), as well as BCM. She would like to speak to her children over the weekend and agreed for me to follow up Monday re an AX
