Cleveland Pipeline

On with Tim Anderson about his pipeline and doing a deep dive.  I have
always been concerned that Pipeline management is our biggest concern in
Cleveland.  Tim shared with me that Julie (CCM) closed out Unknown Unknown
as not in our service area.  Tim immediately followed up with the case
manager at Hillcrest Hospital to discover that this was a qualified lead
and was able to get a commitment for a follow up with the client on Monday.

Furthermore, Tim is sharing that he is concerned that not all leads are
being entered into SF.  He is going back to the referral sources including
VNA to verify what leads have been sent into the Cleveland office.

Wanted to loop you two in on this for visibility.
