Hi All,

Thanks for taking the time to chat with us today. We hope you found it valuable. I've attached a couple of resources Madie discussed today and if there are specifics from the RFP where we can provide AlayaCare related content let us know.

In terms of next steps:

  1.
Award to be issued Aug 13th; will look to see TheKey and altomedic at the top of the list.
  2.
I would encourage your team to invest in demos' of AlayaCare right away. We need to validate your workflows and determine a scope so that we can produce pricing. I've cc'd Garen who would join me in showing the platform in French for Melanie and the rest of the team.
  3.
Regarding timelines- I would budget 1 month to assign a team and 2-4 months for implementation timelines. There are many variables that would increase or decrease these timelines:
     *
Data migration - if we are adding caregivers manually to the system as they are hired this means we can stand up the system faster
     *
Billing details - Which systems are you using to bill what is the process. Legacy billing software can add complexity and challenges.
     *
If we delay adding home care and other more traditional service lines and focus on staffing initially this can happen faster.

Let me know if you have any questions or if I missed anything!

Best,

Nick Wilson
