Good morning, everyone - Please see the latest updates for the Caribou
Canadian expansion UAT with next steps. Feel free to reach out if you have
any questions!

*UAT Progress from 3/12/2026:*

   - B: Use Case Scenarios:
      - Cara and Alber are changing the recipe/view to update the payroll
      period (from weekly to bi-weekly).
      - @Roxana Cruz <rcruz@thekey.com> keyed more shifts for the week of
      3/6-3/15 to give the team 3 weeks of data. They were completed and
      finalized on 3/13/2026.

*On Deck for 3/18/2026 & 3/19/2026: *

   - B: Use Case Scenarios:
   - *Tuesday, 3/17:*
         - @Alber Diaz <adiaz@thekey.com> and @Cara Tan <wtan@thekey.com>  will
         validate that the shifts populate on the carelogs file.
         - @Tim Ahong <tim@caribou.care> will validate shifts flowed
         through to Caribou, add reward points and release to redeem the
         points.
      - Wednesday*, 3/18 (**separate session added to the calendar outside
      of the status call*):
      - @Alber Diaz <adiaz@thekey.com> and @Cara Tan <wtan@thekey.com> confirm
         the payroll file contains all shifts for the 2 week period for both
         agencies (3 locations) along with the redemption points.
         - @Irin Eva <irin.eva@thekey.com> Validate from a payroll
         perspective that everything meets the requirements.

   - *Scenario #2* - Rehiring in iCims - *Passed*
      - *Scenario #4* - Reactivating in Wellsky - Not Applicable since #2
      worked and it uses the same logic.
   - B: Use Case Scenarios
      - *ON HOLD* - Pending changes to the recipes/views from Cara and
      Alber.

      - Cara completed the view updates for rehiring caregivers.
      - *Scenario #2* - Rehiring in iCims
         - Jackie flipped MontrealRehire Caribou to re-hired in iCims
      - *Scenario * *#4* - Reactivating in Wellsky.
         - Cancel to leave the caregiver TorantoTest2 Caribou as
         deactivated in Wellsky and Caribou to test the redemption if
a caregiver is
         deactivated.
      - B: Use Case Scenarios
      -
*Scenarios #1, #1.1 & #2  *
         - Roxana keyed mileage, non-payable, expense, credit, holiday and
         overtime shifts for the following caregivers.
            - MontrealTest1 Caribou
            - TorantoTest2 Caribou
            - OakvilleTest1 Caribou
            - These shifts have been completed and finalized in Wellsky.
         - @Tim Ahong <tim@caribou.care> will ping the Slack channel once
         he completes the redemption processing today (manually adding
points so we
         have rewards populating on the file tomorrow).

*UAT Progress from 3/6/2026: *

   - A: Caregiver Outbound File
      - *Scenario #3* - Deactivated in Wellsky
         - Roxana deactivated MontrealRehire Caribou & TorantoTest2 Caribou
         in Wellsky
         - *Potential Issue*:
            - The caregiver's rehire status is not being sent back to
            Caribou. If the real life scenario (Mason) is not
triggered by Monday
            (3/9), there may be an issue with the reactivation process.
            - We have a call on 3/9 with @Umesh Shah <ushah@thekey.com> to
            talk through the design.
         - B: Use Case Scenarios
   - *Scenarios #3 - #16*
         - Tim confirmed the shifts flowed through to Caribou as
expected (OakvilleTest2
         Caribou has 2 visits with the same start/end time, our system
only loaded
         one of them &  MontrealTest2 has a few more visits than whats
         listed here, I assume that's because the overnight visits got
split into 2
         records).
