Canada Montreal ICIMS

Hi Tim,

We are working on performing these updates for the Canadian microsites
today for ICIMs integration.  However, we are having issues with publishing
changes on the Montreal sites (English and French).

In Cloudcannon, when we attempt to publish changes, we get an error when
the changes try to sync with the site's git repository:

It's giving an authentication error with the repository. The repository I
believe is on your account and is on BitBucket (which we do not have access
to). There is also an upgrade available for the BitBucket integration on
Cloudcannon, so perhaps that may fix the issue... see images.  Can you take
a look and see if we need to perform the upgrade.
