Tim and Chuck, Toni was able to get Jessica active in Workday so that her email access can be granted for the start date of 12/12/2022. Jessica should receive a JumpCloud email to her personal email address the Friday before her start date. If Jessica does not see the email to activate her work address, please contact ITsupport@thekey.com. Shameema has a Canada version contractor agreement and will send it to Jessica for signature through DocuSign (and will copy Chuck and Tim). If you want to preview the document before it is sent to Jessica, please contact Shameema directly. After the document is signed, Shameema will provide the signed documents to the HRSC to upload a copy to Workday for record keeping purposes. Tim/Chuck, you will be on the docusign and will receive the signed copy for your payment needs. I would encourage you to stay in touch with Ethan and Seth on how to handle the invoice payments to Jessica directly. If HR can be of further support, please let us know!
