Adding the multiple addresses will allow us to customize the data at a client level. I am happy to do a trial with a remittance address for one location. With the caregiver nametags, the office address is populated with Toronto's details. For instance, if a waterloo caregiver needs to call the office, they will call the number on the tag(which is what they are trained to do). The Toronto office is not going to be able to assist them. *James, Timothy,* We are seeing increased call volumes this week with the transition to HCA Toronto as caregivers are having many issues 1) not being able to log in and 2) Clock-in and Clock-out challenges. If we don't address the remittance address issues, I only anticipate another increase in calls from clients and family members. We are already noticing that the family portal logins need to be reintroduced.
