Hello Jo-Ann, I wanted to advise you of my visit today. The caregiver who was present was f= rom Golden home care. She showed me the area near the coccyx where Mr Iskowi= tsch has a bedsore, they had cleaned and put barriere cream on it, and there= was a gauze on top of it. I asked her if there was any discharge, yellow or= green, and she said that there wasnât. I proceeded to to see his gr= oin area, the groin is quite inflamed but not infected, and the skin is brok= en. I suggested that they continue again with a barrier cream, and to keep t= he area very clean and as dry as possible. I will be returning tomorrow to leave our home care charting binder, so our c= aregivers can chart any details about Mr. Iskowitschâs care. Christina, your care manager, will be back from holiday next week, and she w= ill come by to visit. I am available for any consultations regarding skin ca= re, or to assist my colleague Christina in whatever she may need. Best regards, Maria Maria Licoudis RN Care Manager mlicoudis@homecareassistance.com Office:514-907-5065
