I have also had multiple phone calls from her regular caregivers and her son with Mme De Luca yelling in the background not to send those specific caregivers. Also with Mrs Lally (Bonner), her daughter told me her mom only gets along with specific caregivers as her mom has a habit of saying hurtful comments. I need to advise of this information because I don't want a caregiver to go in such an environment where they will get their feelings her and also for me not to get any angry clients calling me. I am a bit taken a back at this as I am just trying to care for my clients in a way that would make everyone happy and no one dissatisfied.
