Good morning Cathy and Jim, I visited Harry this morning, he is quite weak and short of breath. Nelly took him to the Montreal General yesterday, to see Dr Colman. He had a= chest x-ray and his lungs are clear, therefore Dr. Colman does not know why= he is short of breath. As well, he spent most of the day coughing and vomit= ing yesterday. He is hungry this morning and Nelly will let me know how much= he eats. I have asked Nelly to call Dr Crelinstein, and try to move up his a= ppointment from August to this month. I think it is important to have his ca= rdiac status looked at. Since his lungs are clear and his kidneys are functi= oning, perhaps it is a cardiovascular issue. I will let you know when the ap= pointment will be. He would benefit from a fan as well, as when he is short of breath he likes t= o feel some cool air on him. Please let me know how we can go about getting o= ne for him. My best, Maria Maria Licoudis, Registered Nurse, C.N.C.C, N.M.C Care Manager Home Care Assistance mlicoudis@homecareassistance.com www.homecareassitancemontreal.ca Office: 514-907-5065=
