Good Afternoon,

Montreal client Anais Dimitian has been entered in my SF Annual Rate Change
dashboard. This client received a rate increase from $36 to $38 on Feb 5th,
2025. Not sure why it is appearing again but please delete this from the
dashboard and do not contact/send a letter to client as it may cause
confusion from the first increase.

I have attached the screenshot of my dashboard below.
