Louise - I'm confused as to why Google would be editing GMB names as they see fit. We use Yext to manage all of our listings and it syncs the desired name we have. In our previous PPC meeting, we had discussed using TheKey - Anciennement Soins =C3=A0 Domicile which is what we have in Yext: That's al= so what I see in GMB. I can update that to TheKey (Home Care Assistance | Soins =C3=A0 Domicile) to see if that will help. As for the URLs, we will not be using thekeymontreal.ca. Our location page on our website is https://thekey.ca/locations/canada/montreal. This is what we will ultimately be using on the GMBs and eventually for everything for Montreal. We plan to update the GMBs in April once everything has had some time to settle. For now, we'll leave the URL as the existing microsite URL. Besides the photo and the name is there anything else we need to review on the GMB for bilingual needs? Thank you!
