She was paid from her last day of work May 01 - 04 for regular salary, 16 hours for sick and all vacation was paid out. There is no additional wages to be paid. However, there are two things to consider. 1. When an employee resigns, they are not eligible for notice pay. 2. However, I'm not sure about her hiring agreement. If the agreement says, we are supposed to pay notice if she resigns then we have to pay. What does the employment letter state?
