ClearCare data loads to data lake delayed today 9/18/23

This morning we experienced a delay in receiving the ClearCare data into
The Key data lake. This means we are missing any new clients, shifts,
billing items etc from yesterday as well as any updates (adjustments /
finalizations). The Integrations team is still investigating the issue and
we will provide an ETA as soon as we can.

*What is the Impact?*

*Analytics Portal / Tableau Reports: *Current week's revenue numbers and
SOC counts in all reports will be lower than expected.

*Billing: *Shifts or billing items that were marked as finalized yesterday
were not sent to Netsuite this morning.

*Payroll:* Shifts or pay items that were marked as finalized yesterday were
not sent to Workday this morning.

I will send out an update when all of the above have been resolved. Thank
