I just wanted to provide a reminder that our Pulse Survey Program will be turned on for *all clients* starting tomorrow, January 27th. The change was made today for surveys to be sent starting tomorrow. As a reminder, existing clients will only receive a CG pulse survey for any NEW scheduled caregivers after 1/26 - they will not receive a flood of surveys for any pre-existing caregivers on schedule. They will start receiving CSM Pulse surveys for any eligible interaction that is documented starting today.
