This is the best option for everyone involved. 2) No one wants to have a single payment 3) Could you please hold off on applying the deduction to this upcoming paycheck? Two of my employees are worried about making their rent payments. 4) There are 19 pay cycles left in the year - can you spread the payment across all pay cycles? 5) Can you provide a breakdown of the "correct final bonus" Thanks, Chuck On Thu, Mar 19, 2026 at 8:04=E2=80=AFAM Sharon Speirs = wrote: > Thank you Irin for the clarification . > Yes it=E2=80=99s disappointing for the team but in the end they did not a= chieve > the targets and the message was sent to them quickly so they can plan for > the reversal. > I can imagine this was a nightmare for your team as well. > Kind regards > Sharon > > > > > Sharon, Speirs > > General Manager > > Vancouver, BC > > Office: 778.279.3634 > > sspeirs@thekey.com > > TheKey.ca > > [image: TheKey] > > > > > > > > On Wed, Mar 18, 2026 at 3:50=E2=80=AFPM Irin Eva wr= ote: > >> Hi Tim and team, >> >> I wanted to clarify the source of the recent error. >> >> The issue was not due to Payroll sending or using the wrong file >> independently.
