Delay in receiving Wellsky - Tableau reporting refresh delayed

Due to an issue at Wellsky, we have not yet loaded the clearcare data into
the data lake. We are waiting on Wellsky to resolve this issue. Their
current ETA is XX hours and then after that our dependent processes will
take a few hours to complete (see details below).

*What is the Impact?*

*Tableau Reports:* SoCs, billed hours, revenue, active client / caregiver
counts and other numbers related to Clearcare will still reflect
yesterday's totals. *We were told the delay would be about 5-6 hours, but
it looks like it may take longer. I'm estimating we will have things
updated around 1pm PST. The Flash report is the first report to be updated.
When you see the Flash, all other reports should be updated 1 hour later.*

I will send out another update if we go later than 1pm PST.
