Hi team,

I regret to inform you that a negative caregiver review just came in for
Toronto. Is there anything your team can do to reason with this person
directly? If we cannot get the review removed offline, we can post an
appropriate public response and should do an extra push for review on this
page to bury the negative one. Please let me know. Thank you!
