To do so, can you review the following questions and provide clarity? - Can you clarify that Komal has stated explicitly that she believes she is a victim of discrimination? - If so, can you please provide a summary of her statement, if verbal, or forward the statement itself, if made in writing. - If she did not explicitly state this, can you share a summary of what made you believe she feels this way? - During on-call duty, where assistance was needed for client transfers, did Komal request assistance directly? - Are there specific duties that she has stated she is not able to complete?
