Hi Dennis, I do see you are unable to edit the Clearcare location, which is odd. I will have my development team take a look at this and see if we can get this resolved. Thanks, Chelsea Lucas

Hi Chelsea,
No, that is not what happened at all. When I put the location under the pertinent office for the leads, it saved it under "no office." The issue seems to now be resolved when I am entering new leads. However, I cannot go back and change the ClearCare location to the appropriate office. It is stuck as "no office."

Hi Dennis,
Looking at the few examples in the screenshot, it looks like you updated the Clearcare to "No Office."
Thanks,
Chelsea Lucas

Hi Chelsea,
The error happens regardless of the referral source. It is not an issue of us being unable to create leads, the issue is that the location is showing up as "no office."

Hi JosephTaylor,
Is the team unable to enter leads using the referral account Google Ads or is the issue that it is showing up with the Clearcare of "No Office." The reason I ask is because in the screenshot you are showing me leads that have already been created.
Thanks,
Chelsea Lucas
