Hi Ali,

Eleanor has reached out to me on four different occasions. It was me who
initiated the conversation with you just for her to come back to me and
tell me what a disappointment we are. So please don’t remind me of
protocol. It’s my job to ensure our clients get what they need and she
obviously feels the statement provided wasn’t sufficient.
