I provided her with all the details for Mavencare as well. She had not responded back after my email was sent. Client had 2 weeks of care with HCA under clearcare, we sent her a breakdown of these 2 weeks and total. In my next email I have sent her the Mavencare account statement. This is everything they need and require. Please going forward Cheryl before responding to a client in regards to billing issues, discuss with myself first so we can come up with a plan and be on the same page. As mentioned earlier, the client did not respond when we provided them with additional Mavencare documents so we assume everything is fine. You do not need to make an alternative account statement for them.
