Hello all and Happy Wednesday!

I hope your month is off to a great start. We recently closed out our first
official Quality Composite Score (QCS) review, and the results for February
were outstanding. We ended the month at *84.6%*, representing a *40%
increase from January.* Thank you all for your renewed focus on
high-quality documentation and meaningful client follow-ups; your hard work
is clearly reflected in these numbers.

As we move through March, please keep the following in mind:

   - We are currently sitting at *54.5%* QCS for the month of March.
   - With *11 days* already behind us, maintaining consistent documentation
   and tagging is critical to sustaining our momentum.
   - As a reminder, the 100% payout target for QCS has increased to *80%
   this month.*
