Over the past quarter, I Led the organization of the Circle of Care networking and collaborations event in Montr=C3=A9al, which my manager and = I had discussed as part of our market development strategy. The initial conversation with the residence had taken place before I joined or just about my training period but the full planning and execution were entrusted by me. The event was a great success, it positioned us very strongly in the Westmount market, where many of our most qualified clients and referral partners are located. Given the diversity of attendees, I adapted all communications and invitations either in French or English to ensure full engagement and to reflect the professional expertise of each participant. We=E2=80=99ve already begun receiving emails from professionals who want to= work with us or schedule partnership meetings. In parallel, I still managed to cover my SAP account, which remains my main quarterly target. Many of the new accounts I developed through this event were not yet in Salesforce, which explains why some of this progress isn=E2=80=99t immediat= ely reflected in the system. Still these relationship are now actively moving forward, and I=E2=80=99m confident they=E2=80=99ll translate into measurabl= e results very soon. Considering the broader development impact and the momentum generated, I would be grateful if we could take this into account in the September commission review.
