Hi All

 

To clarify, I asked about this as it pertains to go-live in NetSuite/Versapay. This appears to be an issue with how we are charging clients in ClearCare, which was not on my radar. 

 

What system are we using to initiate customer charges for Quebec today?

I believe there has been a law setup recently for the province of Quebec that we can no longer charge 2% creditcard fee to our clients that are paying via creditcard.

Initially we did not have clients on creditcard. Maybe only 1.

 

Now we have quite a few.

Just a reminder it is illegal to charge clients credit card fees in Quebec so any client paying credit card should not be absorbing fees.
