The 8x8 Transition was determined for HCA Toronto and Mavencare Toronto Teams only since that's the only locations where leadership (Tim) had informed us of 8x8 phone migration. Regarding users Ali and Irin, I can add them as users now. However, that begs the bigger question for Tim to answer when he returns and/or Sandra to determine if the whole team in general should transition to 8x8 so that communications internally can be smoother. If so, we'll have to be put in touch with who will be managing that initiative and can scope out the project and get it started. If we are not going to transition them to 8x8, please let me know and we can put that aside for now. Either way, according to Taneisha's request, we can add Ali & Irin. Ali & Irin, you will be receiving a welcome email from 8x8. You do not need to "Setup/Activate Account" as prompted to do in that email. Instead, use the links to download the 8x8 Work app to your laptop and/or work cell phones. Once that is downloaded, login using your @thekey.com work email address but instead of putting the Password in when prompted, please click on the "LOGIN USING GOOGLE" link to activate the Single-Sign-On feature. It will then prompt you to login using your work email address, go ahead and enter that work email address again and this time enter your email account password. (If prompted between Organizational GSuite account or Individual Gmail account, please select the Organizational option) Complete the multi-factor security authentication and then you should be logged in to your 8x8 app. Please see a link to an earlier 8x8 training we did with the HCA & Mavencare Toronto team if you'd like to learn about the phone app features further. 8x8 PHONE APP TRAINING RECORDING VIDEO LINK If you have any issues or questions, please let me know.
